Western Europe & Russia 7 inch singles & CD 2.30GBP, then 0.60GBP per each additional item 10 and 12 inch singles & Vinyl LPs - 4.95GBP, then 1.00GBP per each additional item All orders are despatched via Airmail. Music Rediscovered cannot be responsible for packages lost in post unless package is sent via International Signed For. This costs an extra 3.50GBP per order and offers up to 34GBP in compensation. | RETURNS POLICY | Simple. If you are not happy, then WE are not happy. If you disagree with our grading, then you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding return shipping). If your package is lost or damaged in transit then please let us know. DON'T just leave negative feedback as we are always happy to try to resolve any problems to everyones satisfaction. |
| STOCK CONDITION | Please note that we only grade the A side of 7 inch singles. B-sides are graded on request. Covers are graded first, then the record. The following definitions are used MINT - The record is as new or unplayed. The cover and any inserts are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT - The record has only very light surface marking and does not affect sound quality. The cover or insert may have very light creasing but are present and intact. VERY GOOD - The record has been played many times but has no major deterioration in sound quality despite surface markings or light scratches. The cover may be creased, show ringwear or be frayed at the opening. If I have a RECORD that is worse than the above gradings, it goes in the bin! Additionally, COVERS ONLY may be graded as GOOD - The cover and any inserts may be folded, have minor tears and/or splits at the edges. FAIR - The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced, possibly with chunks missing Please note that plain sleeves are not graded. C.D Grading CDs can look battered and yet play perfectly or they may look fine but not play. All CDs are play tested by us. The insert / digipak is graded first, then the CD. The following definitions are used. MINT - The CD is sealed. The insert is also in perfect condition. EXCELLENT - The CD has only very light surface marking and plays perfectly. The insert may have very light creasing but are present and intact. VERY GOOD - The CD has many surface marks or even scratches but still plays perfectly. The insert may be creased or be frayed at the edges. If I have a CD that does not play perfectly, it goes in the bin! Additionally, INSERTS ONLY may be graded as GOOD - The insert may be folded, have minor tears and/or splits at the edges. FAIR - The insert will be torn, stained and/or defaced, possibly with chunks missing Please note that jewel cases are not graded as these are easily replaced. Music Rediscovered sends out CDs in undamaged jewel cases and we cant be responsible for breakages in post. |
