| RETURNS POLICY | Shipping: Record Inspector will take responsibility for the goods until they are handed over for dispatchment. Therefore, no responsibility will be taken for any goods getting lost during transport. If you want to be sure that your goods arrive safely, an additional payment for insurance would be required. Exchange: Basically goods can be exchanged. Exchange is decided by Record Inspector on the basis of advanced arrangement with buyer. Returned goods must be received in the same condition as at the time of dispatch. Goods damaged during transport, will not be exchanged. Buyer must cover shipping costs. Record Inspector will only replace shipping costs if a wrong good has been sent or a good doesn’t match the description. |
