| SHIPPING RATES | WITHIN US $4 minimum shipping and handling ($5 FOR LPS). Domestic first class $1 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM. (example: 2 itemS=$5 3 items $6) WE NO LONGER WILL SELF INSURE DELIVERY OF PRODUCT. IF YOU WANT US TO INSURE YOUR SHIPMENT, WE WILL ADD THE APPROPRIATE POSTAL CHARGES. Foreign CD (everywhere except US) orders are sent small packet air. $8 for the first item - $1 additional for each additional item. **LP's and heavier items cannot be sent be surface any longer due to rate changes in the United State Postal Service. Air rates for one LP to Japan is $15. We will try and ship the most economical way possible and refund the difference in our cost.** No tracking is available on overseas orders. The USPS does not accept responsibility for any item once it leaves the United States. LP's, Books, Box sets will be sent the most secure,economical way possible - sometimes the fees will excede our minimums. LP's, books,box sets,posters etc: may be adjusted US parcels are sent with delivery confirmation. |
| RETURNS POLICY | We guarantee everything we sell. Anything that you are not satisfied with we will accept back as long as it is in the same condition we sent it. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage. Once the postman has it, we can't get it back. We encourage you to e-mail us with your questions. We want you to receive what you are hoping for. Your repeat business is our goal. |
| STOCK CONDITION | We have new and used items. Some new items are not factory wrapped. We remove discs from their cases in our retail store to prevent theft. If you wish an item to be factory sealed, we will do our best to accomodate you. Most used product is visually graded. We get few returns in our retail store |
